Water Temp: 53 degrees 

Hatches: no prolific hatches

Today I met with my coworkers Brandi and Darwin at 8:00 and we headed to yellow creek. They were interested in learning to fly fish so that’s what today’s goal was. We arrived a little after 9. They were new to fly fishing so we practiced casting and they picked it up fast. We were on the water about 10. Between 10 and 12 fish were being landed. Some of the smaller wild browns and some rainbows with the largest fish today being around 12-14” and a hook up of a big bow that unfortunately never made it to the net. They caught around 8 between them. Great weather and great scenery made for a great day in the water. #precisionflyandtackle
