Yellow Breeches Broc Miller Guide 3/22/26

I met Keith and Jason at the Precision Fly and Tackle shop in Mount Holly Springs at 9:00am with weather that couldn’t have better cooperated for a day on the water. Both were eager to learn to euro nymph and the higher water conditions were perfect to do just that. Water temps around 44 degrees and I set both up with a green butt hares ear point fly and 1 a green and 1 a black Mike’s caddis for the tags. In less than an hour both were hooked up on fish in the same pocket. Soon after grannom caddis and midges were dancing on the water with no risers, so we stuck to euro nymphing. By the end of the day they were both drifting well and getting a take here and there but the pressure was on and the fish a little less eager.
