Conococheague, 4/08/24

I finally decided to gust drop everything and go fishing. I fished from 1PM until 3PM. The water was clear to stained and 50 degrees. The stream is still pushing a bunch of water, but fishable. A ton of midges were flying around but nothing rising. It was in the high 60’s and sunny. I just tied on my BH green caddis and a san juan worm and hit a bunch of spots. I could not believe there was no one out. I loved it. I picked up trout just about every spot I hit. Was fun to wet the line again and manage to get 15 rainbows to the net.
