Antietam/Red Run Private Water

Jerry, Ron and I met up for a work day to get the stream ready. It is flowing great and in prime shape for fishing. We worked to clear out the brush and other stuff the flood added to the stream. The stream was stained and around 49 degrees. Red Run is clear and 51 degrees. We saw some caddis and a ton of midges and craneflies but the off color water kept the fish from rising. After working we played around for about an hour. Jerry tossed streamers and moved 3 nice browns and they all short struck the streamer.. I caught 1 brown and a nice rainbow. Ron landed two rainbows and a very big and beautiful brown trout. We still have openings and it is some of the best water around.
