Erie Steelhead, 11/05/25

I knew we were gonna have to work today. The water is crystal clear and low. Thank heavens it started to rain hard when we pulled off the water at 2PM. We hit the water at 6:30 AM. It was already getting blustery. Brian and Mike were excited to try this for the first time and both learned why this is addictive.

We fished eggs off indicators all day. They both missed several before the sun hit the water. We had to walk, and found a few more steelhead in holding runs. Brian had 3 on, but he decided to hook all the angry ones. Each one had me running to catch up in seconds. Mike had 2 on and we did get one of them to the net. They both had a great day and added Steelheading to there fishing bucket list.
